Positive thinking is a mental attitude that admits into the mind
thoughts, words and images that are conductive to growth, expansion and
success. It is a mental attitude that expects good and favorable
results.
A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful result.
Smiling releases endorphins and makes us feel better, even when you fake a smile you can feel better.
Try and spend everyday as happy as you can be, Happy, Smiling and Positive behavior will help you lead a better life. If you exercise smiling for at least 5 minutes each day, you will feel great about everything you do. I do this everyday, especially when im having a bad day, it changes everything around. Today (well yesterday's) TIP TUESDAY is to be happy and Positive!, Go ahead Get you some HAPPINESS, and SMILE!
