TIP TUESDAY!

Green tea, one of the most healthy drinks you will drink. im sure you all have heard of the benefits of green tea on a persons life but To sum it up, here are just a few medical conditions in which drinking green tea can be helpful:
  • cancer
  • rheumatoid arthritis
  • high cholesterol levels
  • cardiovascular disease
  • keeps your teeth healthy
  • various infections
  • gives you energy 
  • impaired immune function

    I drink over 4 cups of green tea everyday! i know the taste might not be for everybody, but try adding different ingredients to your tea, like lemon or orange juice, cranberry juice, or honey! You definitely get used to the taste after a while. One more tip is don't drink it at its highest heat point, wait a while to let it cool down before drinking it, this also helps with the taste.
    Green tea i have found to be one of the cheapest teas you can purchase! And is sold mostly anywhere!
